how to set up a header tank ?

Its easy a header tank is nothing more than just a tank that is plumbed in tandem with two or more tank that can be used in this way. Note the small tank that has its clunk line plugged into the fuel pump can. This is the line that in use is plugged to the carburator and the last tanks vent line is plugged to the muffler. In the photo that is the long fuel line on the last tanks vent to the left that is just laying there.

I used a header tank on my Pusher Canard. I did not design it that way; I found there was a lot of throttle hesitation, probably because the main tank was very far forward. I placed a small header tank near the engine. The muffler pressure went to the main tank. The main tank outlet went to the header tank inlet. The header tank outlet went to the carburetor.
