Default how to inlarge..plans

i have a plane i want to build,,,,,but math was never my strong side...the plans i have show the wings at 30 in..i want to go to 48?....

Take the plan to a print shop and ask them to copy it at 160%

enlarging plans to XXX% will only enlarge the outline of the aircraft. You would need to use reasoning to select nominal sizes of the construction materials to actually start building. Just using the enlarged "size" of a part could add unnecessary weight.

Just my opinion.
