ok so I am not gonna start a fuel topic war, but I have some tower power FAI fuel that I bought dirt cheap like $5.00 for 4 gallons. I hate to waste it since I cant find anyone to needs it so my QUESTION is can I add nitro and if so how much to achieve 10% per gallon? I used to make my own fuel when I was in Europe but here in states methanol and nitro are not as cheap well at least it was cheap back then and I cant remember the mixture. thanks.. also I run an os46fx and I know I can run 0% but I need the little extra boost..

Sure you can mix it in. Use 9 parts of the FAI fuel and 1 part of nitro.

Put another way, you would add 13 ounces of nitro to 1 gallon of the FAI fuel. Of course, that won't fit in the 1 gallon jug, so in round numbers, remove 12 ounces of FAI fuel from the 1 gallon jug and add back 12 ounces of nitro.

So if i wanna increase oil from 17% to 18% what type and how much?. I know simple math but i wanna make sure
