Sure. I flew my Tiger with an Enya 45SS (ringed). It was overpowered if anything. The 50CX might be more than you want. The Tiger might not stay still on a paved runway at idle, and it may not slow down for a stall landing - you may need to fly it onto the ground. But yes, it will fit.
I have an Enya 50CX on a Mojo. It is a sweet, powerful engine. BTW, mine does not run well with the Enya quiet muffler. Their standard muffler works well with it.

I could not get a good transition from mid throttle to full throttle with the special muffler. After several hours of attempting to adjust the needles I went back to the standard muffler and the transition was OK.

I found that the baffle plate with the hole in it robbed about 800 rpms on a couple of different props on two different engines, a 45SS and a 45CX. It reduced the noise some, but not nearly enough to make up for the huge loss in power.
The new larger volume muffler (that will take the baffle) and the old smaller one gave about the same rpms, but I don't think the new one is very noticeably quieter. It is about a 1/2 oz heavier.
