Can anyone suggest a good 450 heli motor for mild 3d I have a 4000kv and would like to use the new 40amp speed controller my original gets hot fast I would like lower head speed and more pitch without bogging

You could just go down to a lower tooth count pinion gear and keep your current motor. That would slow the head and increase the torque, which is what it sounds like you need.
