RC Bearings
On Oct. 29 of this year I ordered some bearings from RCBearings. My account was charged on Oct.30, but nothing has arrived yet. The bearings are for a friend's Saito .91 engine and he is asking why the engine is not repaired yet. I understand that 10 days is not long enough to start worrying, but I have ordered from this company in the past and do not recall their shipments being slow. Has anyone had any problems with this company or know anything that might be cause for worry concerning them? I need to tell my friend something.

Maybe this will help explain things. I just ordered some bearings that showed no stock. An email to ask about when there might be some and a few were actually in stock so I placed the order. Maybe just the opposite for you???

Greetings everyone! Some of you will remember me as the previous owner of RCBearings. Edwin Fowler, the current owner, has taken a position with a quickly growing company and is not able to give RCBearings the attention it deserves so I have agreed to come back as the day to day manager. For the time being, I will only be able to respond to email inquiries.

Well, that is a bit vague. I did not actually Email anyone; I simply ordered from his website as I have done in the past. So does that mean, even though my payment was accepted, he will not respond? Sadly, a company that is too busy to respond in a timely manner either needs to hire some new blood, enough to handle the current business load, or close its doors. This no response or no shipping in ten days is nonsense.
