Default What type of paint to use over Coverite 21st paint

I have to repaint a cowl in which I originally used Coverite 21st century paint . ( white and light red) to match the fabric. Since this is no longer available what kind of paint can I use?
I tried a cheap gloss white from Walmart's colorspace , it does not work . even after I apply their grey base coat. I get wrinkles in some spots. I am at a loss what type of paint to use that does not have this reaction.

Please advise . Thanks

The most best match will be by taking a piece of the plane to an automotive paint store. They can match the colors exactly in a 2-part paint that will look great, wear like iron, and be fuel proof. Down side is its expensive, toxic, and a pint is probably the smallest quantity you can buy. You can also do the same at Home Depot for a latex paint. Cheaper, can get a smaller quantity, but doesn't look as good or wear as well, and will have to be clear coated to be fuel proof.
