Question replacing aileron servo in foamy

I need to replace a servo in a small foam plane. Looks like it is held on by hot glue perhaps. Any suggestion for removing without destroying the wing?
Thanks in advance

I have used one of my warn out #11 blades by heating it with a torch then cut away. Just be careful with the heat to much is not good it can melt the foam away or other thing you might not want damaged.
