Are high rates the default condition on a sport Cub s or is it when the LED is blinking slowly. Also do high rates mean more throw in the control surfaces or less?because in the manual it says that high rates make the plane more docile with seems contradictory it might be a typo. I'm talking about for the controller that comes with the ready to fly package
