Default Parts box, and rebuilding plane.

I have a pretty new plastic tool box, It has 3 organizable shelfs in it, and a deep bottom. I was wondering, is this a good carrying box for fuel, parts, ect.? I think it would be. I want to use it to take to the air field. I also wish to get a used size .40 sized trainer, for a good price. anyone know anyone who has a trainer in or around Portsmouth for sale? I will probably just join a club (Thats what I want to do any ways) and buy a used plane from a member. At the moment, I have a plane, It is a blue trainer. It does not fly though, It has the wrong paint on it, so I'm de-skining it. Even after a new paint job it wont fly, I broke the right ruder[:@]. I used a mix of star foam, and no run gel glue. It works to hold it together, but the paint is to heavy still. it did not come with nothing! accept for the motor. the motor in it was a fuel engine, I think it used to be an electric. But the paint was to heavy so he put an fuel engine in it. It melted the entire front were the engine goes. It was black! So I'm gonna keep the engine, so I will fill in all the hole, and repaint the plane, then, place a prop on the nose. Last I will hang it from my seal en.
