too much weight in nose?
Hello all
Just a quick question from a beginner
...if you are at 1/2 throttle with a park flyer and it wants to descend sharply, is there too much weight in the nose....should the batterypack be moved back futher away from the nose?
thankx

too much weight in nose?
TOUGH QUESTION WITH THE INFORMATION FURNISHED!
The first thing you do when flying a plane the first time is trim it to fly level at about half throttle (say for a trainer).
If you have done that?
It should fly level while in flight with the engine/motor pulling it. If you cut the throttle and the thing nose dives, you have a problem! It's either nose heavy or you too much engine "down thrust" Either way you can move the battery back a little at a time until it does fly level when you let off the throttle.
When you set the plane up, did you balance it at the point recommended by the manufacture?
Give us a little more info if you can..
