Default latex paint color

Can't find a latex paint that remotely looks like alum. or silver. Every try results in a grey tint.
Any formulas or what colors mixed together will = the correct color for a p51

If you have a sample of the color you want, it can be mixed to match. Some covering of the right color or a decent size color photo (at least 4x6) with a decent amount of the color you want visible is all you need to match the color.

Found it!! A new Behr product- Latex Metallic Silver already packaged and ready to go.
Located in accent section of paint dept. Home Dep. New Product and perfect. Actually, added small amt of black to tone down the metallic shine.

Congratulations. Sounds like you hit on the head.

FWIW- Duro brand silver (auto section of Wallyworld), 11 oz for $4, is an almost perfect match for SolarTex Silver/Aluminum and quite close for Coverite silver/aluminum fabrics. The paint is also fuel RESISTANT to 10% nitro (for sure) maybe higher.
