if I take the baffle out of my tt46 pro muufler, will I get an increase in power.

You will see a small increase in rpm, but your engine won't run because the reduced back pressure will drop your fuel pressure off. I tried this a few years ago with a TT .46 Pro and ended up putting it back in when the engine kept stalling out in flight. I always use a check valve now between the muffler nipple and tank to ensure good pressure.
