what radio
Does any one know what radio to get that is simple to program. I have a JR 8103 but it's so hard to figure it out . Trying to program my extra on it. Would like any info.....Thanks.....Kurt

Realistically, you do not need to program the 8103 at all if you don't want to. Just make sure it has the factory defauts set. You can then use it as a simple 4 channel with none of the bells and whistles it has available.
On the other hand, the 8103 is quite versitle and learning to program it will make your setup easier. It is actually one of the easier radios to program.

As another thought, you can go to the Horizon Hobby site. Download the manual for one of their ARF's. In the back of most of their manuals are directions on how to program different radios. Normally the 8103 will be one of the raidos since Horizon is the distributor for JR. Pick one of the Hanger 9 planes for the manual.
