Stan's Fiber Tech (http://www.stansfibertech.com/) seems to have a pretty good reputation, but I have not personally used any of his wheel pants.

I have used both Stans and Fiberglass specialties parts. My experience is that I will be buying from Stans again. The parts were lighter, better finish quality, and needed very little sanding prior to paint. The Fiberglass specialties parts were nice, but it took a lot of sanding and filling to get them ready for paint, and they were very heavy. Again, this is only my limited experience with these two companies.
