Default incidence on the hor...stab

I need to know if positive means leading edge up or down. Only one person seems to know out there. I am fixing to have to cut off my tail and I need some input. Need some experts.

With the horizontal, it's always best to say which direction the incidence goes.. leading edge up, or down, not just positive or negative.
The attached is the industry standard aerodynamic definition...

Did I miss some of that diagram?

I will not claim to be an expert. Positive on the flying surfaces is leading edge up.

Its simple,, When the plans call for a positive 2 degrees incedence on the horizonal stab,,,, does that mean the leading edge is higher or lower.

It's usually drawn on the plan in such a way that you can see it. Most planes ask for a negative indicence, I don't know an airplane that doesn't. What are you building?
