Slec tanks? dodgy?
I have a slec tank installed in me first kit now I dunno if its me but no matter how much I over lap everything (alot) and fuel proof everyhing (overthe top) fuel gets in the tank bay kindly mucnhing on the balsa. Right, the tank is a slec one, any views? On the suggestion of someone I will rip out all the soaked balsa and replace that also chuck the tank away, but do Slec tanks usually do this?

RE: Slec tanks? dodgy?
I avoid slec tanks. They are made from two parts joined together, and therefore are easy to split. Only tank I have owned that leaked was a slec. I like the Dubro tanks best, but any one piece tank is better.

Yes I see your points, cause of the tank my c50 is undergoing a rebuild. [:@]
picked up a sullivan, seems good enough.
