Perhaps it's based on shipping address. Ond of the id's (my wife's) I tried already used the 011t4 code. The other one has a different email address, but the same shipping address. Maybe my daughter needs to move away from home before she orders that new plane for father's day. The problem is she's only two.

The last 2-3 years I've averaged $2,000 - $3,000 each year at Tower. Last year while visiting my folks I needed to order some odds and ends so I stated another account for my dad and used his card while over there and to have it shipped there. Only time he ever ordered.

He now gets every offer and promotion code known to man. His are ALWAYS better than mine - by quite a bit - and his codes don't work on my account.

Nothing like taking care of a loyal customer.

I've noticed similar things. My wife gets some better offers than I do. It seems they "reward" people who aren't buying better than the ones who do. Your solution is to take over your father's account. Get the customer number, go online and change the address. Oh, by the way, you can also change the CC number and name of the person paying for the stuff. My wife and daughter have both bought things for me using the $20 off a $50 order deal. It's funny that they both somehow used my credit card for the purchases.

yeah tell me about it. I was a member from 99 and my ad code is a savings of 10 on $150 order. Gee thanks a lot. Maybe this was because I got a really good deal on a 7c in December ? But I will definitely give the $20 of $50 a try thanks broken

May be worth a try-
Open a new account with a different name and payment method- then buy a small item and have it shipped to your work address. Then sit back and wait for the good offers to start rolling in!!!!

I have been a member since the early nintys before the website, and my codes tend to suck as well-

I just ordered some NiMh batteries for my transmitter without a problem . but of course I am not going to keep trying and push my luck and everyone else who order from them, because I don't want them removing these ad numbers and special deals. but of course I also can't afford to keep ordering right now anyway. LOL

I just ordered a bunch of parts for the B-25 I'm gonna be building soon using this offer. I think Tower Hobbies promotional department is really smart to offer such good deals. It seems as if everytime I'm about to not owe my parents any money, I find something else... I was only at -$70, now at -$120

All, I just decided to pull the trigger on $1000 worth at Tower, all the codes listed are not valid except for 10 off 50.... the one on the web page is 15 off 150 and that's it. I knew I shouldn't have waited......damm that Tower Hobbies.....ordered my Raptor 50 from Heliproz just now, so maybe I can wait the Tower order out a little.

all my last orders i split up into lots of $200 to get a decent discount, but they don't have anything to reward the big spenders. in the last 12 months i have spent over $2700 with them. most of those would have been over $500 per order if they had deals for that size order, pitty you cant enter the same code several times on the one order to get the same % discount as a small order.

I just make multiple orders of $150 each. Right now they are offering $20 off any order of $149 or more. I get free shipping on orders over $150 anyway--so I make an order for $150 or as close to that as possible and then pay $5 for priority shipping. I still get $15 off my order of $150 and it arrives in 3 days.

If you want to spend $500 or $1000--then just make a bunch of orders for $150 and get $20 off each one.

You'll do better making the small orders of $150 and taking the $20 discount than trying to use the codes that breakin2 posted.

Using my method of placing small orders:

Do it 3 times ($150 each) for a total of $450 and you'll get $60 off. So, it's really only costing you $390 for $450 worth of stuff.

With breakin2 codes--you'll spend $500 to get $50 off. So your paying $450 for $500 worth of stuff.

The small order and the $20 discount is a better deal.

Who cares if you get a different box everyday for a week. Tower is paying the shipping on orders of $150+ anyway. Besides, I like getting a package every day or 2 packages a week for a month. It's like Christmas in October.
