Default Heat Covering How to Guide?

I looked throught the forums but couldnt find any straight forward "How To" for using monokote and this type of thing. I Built a Cessna a long time ago and that where I really dropped the ball, there was holes and stuff all over and it generally looked like garbage. I'm building a 1/2A plane and will have to do some more covering and dont want to mangle this one. If there is a site that outlines the process or if any one has some tips on how to do it, I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Dustin
