The C.G. on a avistar adv trainer 40 is 3 5/8"
[:@][:@] I recently rebuilt a crashed advanced trainer .40 by Avistar, and need to balance it but I don't have the papers that came with it anymore. All I need is the C.G. and I can finish it. can anyone provide me with this information any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you I hope to get this done real soon the weather is great right now here in Texas. [:@][:@]

Hi Steve,
Normally, the CG on that kind of planes si located where the wing airfoil is wider. its is about 3 1/4" from the leading edge of the wing.

[8D][8D] Thank s everyone who read this and thank you Bule, you were very close I found it on towerhobbies.com they list the specifications on thier site and the winning number is 3 5/8. Thanks again

Get the manual from Hobbico on line. It should reference the cg. What avistar do you have? The original was 3.25" http://www.hobbico.com/manuals/hcaa2015-manual.pdf
