st croix used to sig at one time had the tristar other than those do not recall any other kits.may have to look for plans

these guys make a velocity XL scale. Pricey at nearly $500. I'm interested too but think balsa kit and glow power. Site is nice airplanes however.

There is a book that you can order that has some info on canard designs. Also, searching the internet you can probably find some free plans to download.
