Default Big plane building board?

I am starting a Build of a plane that needs a 6 foot by 3 foot building board. Any ideas on what I should use? I have been getting away with the Great planes 4X2 board up till now.

Yes, I agree exactly with the door and drywall suggestion. I bought a hollow core door from my local Lowe's and a sheet of 1/2 drywall and just cut the drywall to the size of the door. Works great and is perfectly flat, plus you can push pins into it.

We use the hollow core doors too! Look
for damaged ones & ask for a discount.
We use ceiling tiles for our work surface-
cheap & light. Push pins work great
in too!
