vacuum formed canopy
hey guys
anyone out there know how to make a perfect canopy, I have made several but I can't seem to shake some dust or moisture stains, What I am doing is using a oven and vaccuum box with a hinged frame, I heat the plastic and then hit the vaccuum and hoola a canopy, problem is i keep getting dust, I tried windex, lint free cloths swiffer antistatic wipes and a few others, the canopies are pretty good, but not perfect
any help would be appreciated

Here is an old trick I learned the hard way about getting a perfect pull on a canopy. Pull a good one over your form cut off and trim. wax the outside and place it back on the form . Now pull a canopy over that one . you'll be amazrd how well they come out
