I agree that thier responce was resonable just petty.
The fact that not all friends or relatives are comfortable enough to shop on-line
and older people on lists may not realize these items are
available at other locations, ie. local hobby store.

Well you believe they're reasonably capable of utilzing the Tower Wish List, couldn't you just email your list to them off of the Tower site?
