Default YT air retracts

Guys, I have bought a set of the YT air retracts, air up, spring down style, for my Mustang. The thing is they have no instructions and I'm a tad confused as to the plumbing through the shuttle valve. The valve has two nipples on top, one on the side. I assume the two feed the mechanics, one each, and the single one is pressure in. Thig is, there's a T piece and a hose quick-connector too, which |I'm confused by.

Anyone got any experienc of AUSD retracts, or better, these YT ones? I could do with a heads-up here.
