Default Robart Retract Pressure Gauge

I'm installing a Robart Air Retract system on a plane of mine; besides the Robart Pressure Gauge which I don't care for, reminds me of an automotive tire pressure gauge, are there Pressure gauges available that feature a dial and needle indicator that I can use on this system.

The gauge will be mounted in an access compartment and the problem I can see with the Robart gauge is that the compartment will not be that deep, and the Robart Gauge extends to indicate pressure much like the Automotive tire gauge; there may not be enough clearance when this gauge is extended and the compartment hatch is closed.

Unless someone can tell me how far do these Robart gauges extend. Thanks.

Default RE: Robart Retract Pressure Gauge

The bar extends exactly 1/4" with 100 lbs of pressure. I have this set up on my Patriot XL.
