Foam safe CA works, so does spray adhesive and or contact cement which is what 3M is in an arosal form. Its just your preference.

be careful of the 3m spray as they have changed the propellant and it can dissolve foamtry it on a test piece first.

3M-77 will eat the foam but not to bad if you spray a little at a time!
It worked for me .

3M 78 is designed to bond foam. It works very well. Polyurathane glue works good also (Gorilla glue, Elmer's ultimate glue, Titebond polyurathane). Epoxy tends to be more expensive and troublesom but will work fine. All should give a good strong bond.

anything you use is stronger than the foam, just make sure it is light.
