I'm using a pair of Hitec HS-6635 Digital servos on my elevator and this is the first Digital servos I have used. When I turn my TX and RX on there is about a 3 to 4 second delay before the servos work. After that it works fine. Is this normal with Digital servos or should I be concerned?

Very normal.

The "Singing" noise they make is normal too.

Thanks dude, I kinda figured the singing noise was were the servo is always looking for center but wasn't sure about the delay.
