Well, the aim is to pump te fuel to the carb with anything different than a muffler presure or Perry pump.
I was told that I can drill a hole into the rear plate of engine and take pressure directly from there to the tank... does it work?
Is over there another different manner?

Assuming your talking about a 2 stroke engine, it seems to me that it would be better not to lose any case pressure. I believe some of the fuel that gets sucked into the case will then get forced back out to the tank before it goes into the combustion chamber. I would think this would cause a drop in engine efficiency. The regulating perry pump prevents the case pressure and fuel from escaping. You could use the oscillating Perry pump on 4 or 2 strokes. It just goes inline to the carb inlet and sucks the fuel from the tank using the rotational oscillation of the engine to move a ball back and forth. I use one and it works great. Another alternative could be to use some kind of electric fuel pump. I know there are plenty of onboard electric smoke pumps on the market, but I'm not sure about for fuel. Seems to me like there would be.

The Cline pump/regulator system uses a pressure tap on the crankcase with a check valve to maintain the pressure in the tank. I do not think that this would work well without the regulator as the tank pressure will be on the order of several pounds.
