Default How to hook up this tailwheel?

I've got this no-name tailwheel and I don't know how to hook it up. I was thinking the spring attached to the rod on the back of the tailwheel and then gets anchored to the bottom side of the rudder, but I don't know where the plastic clevis goes. The pic is a little blurry.

The little black horn could fit on a threaded rod embedded in a hard point in the bottom of the rudder.

I believe the spring is to assist 'centering' of the unit after it has been moved left/right. Also, I think the black plastic clevis is the 'control horn" and would go an the "arm'". I have tried to modify your picture to show what I mean.

The spring is what steers the tail wheel from the rudder, the clevis is attaches the spring to the rudder. the pin with the hole is where the spring fastens to the tailwheel and also adjusts the possition of the wheel. use mild tension on the spring and the assembly will follow the rudder with no damage to rudder and hinges.
