quick gas tank question
Do not connect a line from a gas tank to the muffler. If you are talking about glo fuel, that is a different story but; never never connect a line from the exhaust to a gasoline tank.

Ok Thanks...Fer Info.
Ok, Thanks Rodney, and yes it is a Glo Eng. gas tank, but good thing you mentioned about regular gas, I might have done what you said not to. Thanks also John, I will try to contact MinnFlyer later about a picture.

quick gas tank question
If you know how to set up a 2-line fuel tank then there is only one new item to add. The third line, for fuel filling and draining, connects to a rigid tube which is bent so that it goes to the bottom of the tank. Think of it as the downside complement to the vent tube. The Sullivan web site shows a 2-line setup and you can visualize the additional third line added to the diagram.

I do mine pretty much like MinnFlyer has in his diagram except on the "two like this" , I either turn one so that it's pointing down, or I leave straight and add another short fuel line with a clunk. This aids tremendously in de-fueling. The one turned upwards goes to the muffler as usual.

I like to use a Great planes or Hayes tank. Drill out middle nipple, & use it to fuel with. Over flow is muffler line. Cap or plug line after using, when de-fueling use carb line(if you can get at carb line ,why do you need third line for ?) or hook pump up to filler line and lift tail up. This might be a little tough on a really big one, so find a buddy. Nice & simple ! big max 1935
