Default Propeller selection advice

I'm building a 1/7th Top Flite P-51 Mustang, and using a YS 1.10. The plane will weigh around 11 pounds when finished (about 34.5 oz/foot in wing loading). I'm looking for propeller suggestions. I do not like to "over-rev" motors, but understand that lugging them with too much prop can damage them as well. This engine will be cowled, but should have adequate in and out ventilation for cooling. Any suggestions for flying and/or break-in?
