Default How do I make retract doors work?

I'm curious how I would get a landing gear door to work. When the gear is down, I need the door closed for ground clearance. When I hit the switch to raise the gear, I need the gear door to open, the gear to go up, and the door to close behind it. Vice versa when I lower the gear. Door opens, gear comes out, door closes. Anybody have any idea how the door can be actuated? Thanks for any info! Matt

You need a gear door sequencer. Like this...

You didn't say if you are using pneumatic retracts or not. If you are using pneumatics, what you need is the variable rate control valve from Ultra Precision.
