Hitec Servos, HS-5645MG Issues

Has anybody had a problem with the HS-5645MG high tech servos? I had a 35% Edge 540T that went down nose first NOT at high speed. All four of my Alleron Servos gears feel like they have a "chip" in the teeth. I haven't taken the Servos apart yet, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has had similar problems.

The impact damaged the gear train, extremely common occurance. Send them in to Hitec, they'll fix them for you under warranty. Hitec's warranty is simple UNBREAKABLE gear train. You break it, we fix it...

Hitec's turnaround is actually fairly fast,at least that has been my experience. I had a bad 5645 and it was repaired and back in my hands in less than two weeks.
