I'm curious how to increase the torque of a robart pneumatic retract.

I have a set that are closing landing gear doors. It closes most of the way, but then barely fails. I think it only needs a little bit more torque, as I can tip the wing back, and the doors will close completely.

I have a blue 5 port robart valve. I have blocked off two ports, and have a splitter, as my valve is in the fuse. There is a line restrictor on the close portions of the gear.

Would unblocking the lines give me more torque. My first response would be yes, as there is twice the air available to the retracts. My second response would be no, as the pressure is what matters, not the quantity. I'm not sure which is the correct response.

If I do unblock it, and get a retractable tailwheel, would I want to put a T on each of the lines, and merge the TW without a restrictor? This would allow me to open the TW before the main gear, thus allowing full pressure for the mains.

I'm running 4 pnumatics on my Corsair as well as the mains.1 red 1 blue sequencing valve, 2 large air tanks as well as the mains. Air pressure at 100 psi. I can get at least 12 cycles before they wont close. Quantity of air is what you need IMO.
