Default Help with Kyosho Pitts CG

Help!
I/we just (flew?) a Kyosho 40% Pitts for the first time and had the good fortune to get it back on the ground in only one piece!!! It was almost uncontrollable! Very slow to respond to inputs and then when it did, the motion was pretty extreme. My friend / expert pilot in control said the CG was too far forward. Can anyone help and tell me where it should be? Thanks mucho!!!!

Default RE: Help with Kyosho Pitts CG

I have a SCALE scratchbuilt pitts S2A. Balances at the rear cabane and flys well. A friend at the field has his balanced about an inch behind the lower leading edge and is very active. Both are about 1/4 scale. Perhaps you can extrapolate this to 40%.
