I tried getting in touch with them to ask them for a new clamp ring. Mine broke.... 
Anyway, I got one response back, they finally called me and left a message, but everytime I called THEM, I couldnt get anyone on the phone that would help me... It would be a simple thing for them to just mail me out a new 25 cent clamp.... But Nooooo...
Sorry.... Just had to vent.... Maybe Slimline is listening???

I have called them twice and sent two emails about getting a muffler made. When I talk to them they say sure send us the data, no problem. I have done that twice, gotten no response. This company has a real "contact" problem. You pays your money and takes your chances I guess. To bad because I have one of their mufflers and it's a good product.

Thats right.... I got them on the phone a couple times, they were real nice to talk to, but kept telling me to email them an address to send the part. I could never get back a response.. I got nowhere...

I e-mailed Slimline copies of all the responses here (without names of course) and Lance, from Slimline e-mailed me back very quickly. He seemed very concerned to get me what I was looking for. Although he thought all the quotes were from me!
I gave him RCU's address, and suggested he come over and see what is going on.
Also, the e-mail address is slightly different. It's: [email protected]

Hey Guys: I have only e-mailed them once concerning a muffler for an OS .60 FSR that was no longer listed in their online catalog. They got back to me the same day with part number, price, and availability. And, yes, their product is probably the best on the market for its intended purpose. Guess I was just lucky that day.

HOORAY !! I shot Lance at Slimline another email and recieved a reply. He says that he was out of town a few days causing the communication delay. The muffler is on the way !! He sent along a tracking number, and UPS says delivery will be on Monday !
