That's a Spinks Akromaster. I don't know if it's a kit or plans built though. Here's one powered with a Super Tigre 91.

Chuck, I'm certain that it's a Spinks Akromaster. What is the wingspan? Scale Plans And Photo Service has a plan at 1/5 scale, with a span of 72". Could this be it? I'm certain that someone made a kit of it, but it would have been some time ago, as the real Akromaster was originally built in 1968.

Wow , 1968 .. huh? PILOT makes a Spinx Acromaster too... but if im correct , not this big, so im guessing your right monocoupe , I just measured the wing span and its close to 77" long.. Thanks everyone for the quick replies !!! I might end up keeping this one.. but who knows, I see so many planes go in and out of my garage its hard to pick which ones I want to keep or sell.. _ Chuck

I agree with monocoupe, it is definitely a Spinks Acromaster. I built a control line version of this plane back in the 70's and just recently bought the plans for an R/C version.
