Anyone ever install ceramics in their engine?

There are no real "tricks" to ceramic bearings. They install just like standard bearings. Put your bearings in the freezer for a couple of hours, then put the case in the oven at 200 deg for 20 min. The bearings will fall right into place.

http://www.rc-bearings.com has a tuturial on their web site, heating the case is good, I've never found the need to freeze the bearings.
