Engine Repair

RE: Engine Repair
The standard fix, used by thousands for decades, is J.B. Weld. Ask for it at an auto supply or hardward store. If you have the piece clean everything well with acetone and cement them together. If you don't have the piece peg the engine down to a wood block that has been waxed (auto or paste) and use a waxed dowel set into the block in both the good hole and the fractured one. Then form the J.B. Weld as if you were molding metal back onto the engine. Leave extra where you can for a better bond.
I've seen 40 Horse tractor blocks fixed in this method. Not right, but it keeps the farm running.
