What Charger should I buy??
Santa came early and gave me my first RC airplane and now I want a fast charger for the receiver and transmitter batteries.
The plane is an Alpha 40 with the JR Quattro radio. What would be a good choice for a fast charger that operates on 12 volts and will charge both NiMh and NiCad batteries? One that will not too expensive.

I agree on the charger that came with your radio. Use it as your primary charger and whenever possible. Having said that I find needs for a field charger frequently. If you purchase one that you can adjust the charge rate on then you have the best possible solution to field charging in my opinion. Hobico is tough to beat. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXCTZ5&P=ML Dual charge rates and both adjustable. You will need to order the cables to fit your radio charge jacks though.
