Default HS-56 ball-bearing

I need to replace the gear in an HS-56 servo that has the ball-bearing on it. Can anyone tell me an easy way to remove this bearing from the gear shaft? Also, replacement gear sets do not come with this bearing. Does anyone know where to purchase them? Thanks ...

I just reuse the bearing....as for removal......carefully pry with an Xacto knife... at least thats what I do....I think on a couple I ended up having to drill the plastic out of the bearing

Thanks for the suggestions. It is a real pain to change these bearings. I think that including one in the gear replacement sets could not increase the cost very much and would make reparing the servo much easier.
