Default Sending parts to Great Planes?

After talking with the great planes tech support people for 20 minutes, they decided I needed to send in the speed control for testing. He gave me an adress ...and what did I do? I promptly lost the piece of paper I wrote the adress down on.

It was somthing like...

(Somthing here)
(some number) North Apollo Dr.
Ste. 1
Thomas Champaign

Anyone know the rest of this?

Thanks
