Default Radio Receiver Setup

I need a lil info on how to wire a Futaba receiver I know the "B" is for the battery connection, but what do all the other number go to? 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 ??? is there a specific diagram or way to make sure all the servos are the same for all planes? and does it matter what brand receiver it is like Airtronics or Hitec?

Thanks Tim

1- ailerons or right aileron if setup for flaperons
2- elevator
3- throttle
4- rudder
5- usually gear
6- usually flaps or left aileron if setup for flaperons
7- spare (if you have an 8 or 9 channel tx)

On an 8 channel receiver, the B is also channel 8.
Which receiver do you have?

Which channel does what is determined by the transmitter not the receiver. So any make Rx used with a Futaba Tx will have the channel numbers the same. If you used a JR Tx it would swap all the channel numbers round e.g. throttle would be on 1.
