RE: MERS switch
I have the instructions but I still don't understand them. I am using a y off of my gear switch, 1 lead goes to me retract servo, the other goes to the 3 wire lead on the MERS switch. The other side of the MERS switch has 2 wires, light & dark blue. The light blue wire is supposed to go to the red wire on my light, the dark blue wire goes to the neg. side of the battery. What happens to the neg. side of the light? I have 2 wires, red & black coming from the light. What am I missing?

RE: MERS switch
Ya gotta have a circuit. It can't be one way. Likely the wire to the batt. neg. continues to the light neg. Don't know what you use for an on/off-interrupt, though. I did not view the link, but your description makes it appear the retract-gear switch is the on/off function.

RE: MERS switch
You are right. I figured it out. I had to make a 3rd wire to go from the black wire on the light to the battery. All set and my Cessna 310 is done.
Thanks
