Crow
Crow, or sometimes called butterfly is exactly that, flaps down, ailerons up. It's used a lot in gliders and it will bring your plane down real fast, a real kick in the pants when used on a powered plane.

Crow
I have my Kamiak set up so I get down elevator mixed with the flaps so it doesn't pitch up. When I raise the ailerons, it seems I am adding more down elevator with the stick to get the nose steeper, but I can put the nose down about 60 degrees and it doesn't pick up speed. Can fly it that way all the way to the ground and it touches down very slowly. Pretty cool. Has 90 degrees of flap. Makes coming down easy.

Crow
Flyboy is correct and I left that out about the elevator, sorry. I have 5 degree of down elevator dialed in and it's full crow at idle, throttle up and controls go back to neutral.
