How To Repair Foam Wing?
I have a Super Cub that has sustained some minor dings/creases on the wing. I wish to repair, rather than replace at this point. How can I repair the wing? Is there a product that allows you to "fill" in some additional adhesive or foam, then mold it or sand it? Thanks. Bill (email to [email protected])

Well yes but not if the crease in of such a type it may cause the wing to fail.
If thats the type, you'll need to make a span wise cut through the crease extending say 15cm on each side, right through the top and bottom skins.
Make a brace out of say 0.5mm ply and epoxy it into the slot.
The the crease goes aright cross the cord, you'll need a brace at the spar possition and another towards the trailing edge.
You get the picture.
By the way, I've repared completely broken foam wings this way and the repared section is the strongest part of the wing.
If you take your time the repare is all but invisable.
So don't throw it, repare it.
You'll get more pleasure from completeling the task than buying a new wing.

RE: How To Repair Foam Wing?
Pour some boiling water over the dented area. The heat will re-expand the foam, sometimes completely removing the dent.
It will also, usually, expand the cells of the foam and raise an area of "warts" that you can smooth down with the backside of a heated spoon.
Spackling may be entirely unnecessary.
