regular plugs have straight threads into the head and seal with the threads and the copper gasket between the head and upper body of the plug. Turbo plugs have a chamfer at the bottom end of the threads and seal against a similar angle at the bottom of the plug hole in the head.

Which engines use the "Turbo" type plug. I know of only two, The Nelson racing engines and the Jett racing tngines with a head insert.
