Default Uproar 40 & 60 - Comparison?

I had an Uproar 40 a few years ago and didn't really like it - too squirrelly. :cry: However, due to a bad elevator servo, it didn't last too long for me to really see what it was like.

I'm thinking about building an Uproar 60 as I've heard it is a good airplane.

Has anyone built and flown both and can compare them. Is the 60 version really that much better?

I flew the 40 for a long time. The 60 would only be better. I had it set up really sensitive though. Would roll faster than anything around. I really liked it. It flew well slow and fast. Don't know why you didn't like it but maybe just didn't have it long enough to learn it. I have another 40 but I haven't ordered a 60 for.

Default Uproar 60

RCPAUL;

Haven't had the 40, but do have the 60. I have a OS 91 on it and it a blast to fly. Woulden't put anthing less on this bird. The 91 will make it knife edge, pull vertical all day and do all the aerobatics you want.

Is a easy building plane with little hassle set-up and and tearing down aftert flying. Fly one, you'll love it !!!
