This topic comes up 2-3 times a year. The only place to get one, is from Midwest, unless you get lucky and find someone who has one "squirreled" away. I looked for several months, with no luck for mine. Ended up buying from Midwest.

I went on their website to find it with no luck...maybe I should just call them? Is there a link to a page it's available on? If you say they have it that gives me hope to keep trying. I certainly don't want to attempt to make one of these.
